Peter McPartlin (Chair of TAMI Judging Panel 2022)

Peter has worked with some of the country’s largest agencies and media companies across many of Ireland’s best-known brands. His work has received a variety of different accolades including three All Ireland Marketing Gold awards and two AdFX awards.
He was CEO of Today FM and led the station to become ‘National Station of the Year’.
As well as consulting with a number of media bodies, Peter is an non-executive chairman of the digital media platform, BuyMedia.
Peter is co-founder of The Indie List, Ireland’s largest platform for a broad range of freelance marketing.

Zoe Harkness-Head of Training, Thinkbox

Zoe started her career in sales, working for ITV and also Channel 4. Then she switched sides and worked for top media independent PHD as a Senior Account Director. After six years there, she was lured back to the sales side to work for Sky Media, first as Sales Controller for Discovery Networks and then as Sponsorship Controller for Sky Networks. She also worked as Planning Director for an independent sponsorship agency, Sponsorvision, before joining Thinkbox as Head of Planning.

 

Tara Moran-Head of Client Solutions, VMTV

Tara Moran is head of client solutions at Virgin Media Television (VMTV). She was previously head of partnerships and digital innovation. She joined VMTV from Maximum Media. She is a graduate of the UCD Michael Smurfit Business School where she earned a masters in marketing and she also has a bachelor of commerce international (Spanish) from NUI Galway. She was twice named in in the Business Post top 30 under 30 in Irish tech list.

 

Sharon Hannon, Airtime Management and Research Group Head, 4Sales Ireland

Sharon has over 17 years’ industry experience and has worked at Medialink 4Sales Ireland and Young Euro RSCG. She has held a number of sales positions in Medialink and now heads up Station Management and Research. She is also a member of the DIG committee for TAM.

 

 

Jill McGrath, CEO, TAM Ireland

Jill McGrath has been CEO of TAM Ireland since 2012.  Jill has worked across the entire spectrum of the Irish Ad business. Her career has included working in Ad Agencies, the Press, Radio, Online and now the TV Industry. On the client side Jill was Marketing Director in FM104 for many years and set up the first online dating site in Ireland Maybefriends.com. Jill is a Graduate of the Marketing Institute.

 

 

Julian Dobinson, Research Consultant, TAM Ireland

Julian started his career as a media planner at Saatchi and Saatchi and Zenith Media, and then spent a few years in econometrics consultancy OHAL before joining ITV where he was Head of Research. He joined Sky in 2000 just as the migration to digital was taking off and was Research Director at Sky for 18 years, managing Sky’s audience research through a time of great innovation and change. During this time he represented Sky on the Boards of both BARB and TAM Ireland and also developed the first set top box return path data panel of its kind in the world. He joined TAM Ireland as Research Consultant in March 2018.

 

Shane Lynch, Marketing Manager Musgrave Group

Shane has over 17 years retail marketing experience through a long and varied career with the Musgrave Group. He led the Centra Marketing team for a number of years before taking up the role of SuperValu Marketing Manager in 2019. Since moving across he has contributed to the SuperValu brand success, including winning Marketing Team of the Year in 2021. Shane is a graduate of UCC where he obtained a Masters in Food Marketing and of MTU where he received a Bachelors of Business Studies.
