TV industry to publish actual total spend for 2012

 

At the Room for a View gathering in the Aviva Stadium  TAM Ireland announced that the TV industry will be publishing the total spend figure for TV advertising for 2012. This figure will be released in January of 2013. This is a really exciting development for the industry as TV will be the first of the Irish media to give the actual spend.

This information will then set a benchmark for measuring market size year on year and will also allow both agencies and broadcasters to know their real share of the TV market.
