Graham Taylor-Media and Advertising Consultant and Chair of TAMI Judging Panel

Graham has been a  leading figure in the Irish media and advertising world for over 35 years. Recently CEO of Havas Media, Graham started Ireland’s leading independent media agency GT Media, also creating Ireland’s first independent digital media agency GT-I and was a founding and shareholding member in the largest global network of Independent media agencies Columbus Media, now Local Planet. Working with major national and international clients creating strategies which saw them achieve brand leader status in the Irish market he pioneered of the use of creative broadcast sponsorship being the first media expert to win both Ad/FX and Creative awards. Graham  received the Media Hero award at the 2022 Media Awards Ceremony in Dublin.

Zoe Harkness-Head of Training, Thinkbox

Zoe started her career working in airtime sales for ITV and subsequently Channel 4. Her passion for the field of broadcast partnerships led her to roles such as Senior Account Director at Drum PHD, Sponsorship Controller for Sky Networks and Planning Director at Sponsorvision. She has worked at Thinkbox for more than ten years, first as Head of Planning and more lately as Head of Training, with primary responsibility for Thinkbox’s online training programme, TV Masters.

 

Theresa Byrne-Marketing Manager, GAA & Croke Park

Theresa is passionate about Brand Ireland and has worked at the heart and home of Gaelic games for 10 years.  Starting her marketing career for Tourism Ireland in the Nordics, she returned home to work on the Discover Ireland team at Fáilte Ireland.  She moved agency side to Irish International, working in client services for Aer Lingus, Bord Bia, Flahavan’s and Newstalk.  A graduate of DIT, Theresa holds a BSc in Management & Marketing and a Postgrad in Advertising & Digital Communications, the latter of which she was awarded the gold medal for first place and nominated for IAPI’s ‘One To Watch’.

 

Linda Nolan, Head of Marketing, Boots Ireland

Linda Nolan is currently Head of Marketing for Boots Ireland, where she assumes responsibility for all marketing operations in the Republic of Ireland. Linda joined Boots Ireland in 2021, after coming from Samsung Electronics where she worked for 14 years, with her last positions as Director of Marketing, a role she held for over six years. She has extensive knowledge of consumer behaviours from both store and online retail dynamics.

 

Damien Dineen, Head of Brand, Marketing and Consumer PR, National Broadband Ireland

Damien Dineen is Head of Brand, Marketing and Consumer PR at National Broadband Ireland (NBI), where he leads demand generation, brand and stakeholder communications across the national fibre rollout. He joined NBI in 2021 and previously held roles in proposition design with ahm in Melbourne, Australia, and in consumer bundle propositions at eir. His work focuses on linking customer insight to execution across marketing and commercial delivery. Damien holds an MSc in Digital Marketing Strategy from Munster Technological University and a Bachelor of Business from Atlantic Technological University.

 

 

Emma Peuble, Business Development Lead 4Sales Ireland

Emma is the Business Development Lead for 4Sales Ireland. She is responsible for generating new business by promoting all aspects of the 4Sales offering and its unique ROI commercial proposition to UK independent agency partners.

 

 

Tara Moran, Director of Commercial Virgin Media Television

Tara Moran is Director of Commercial in Virgin Media Television. She was previously head of partnerships and digital innovation. She joined VMTV from Maximum Media. She is a graduate of the UCD Michael Smurfit Business School where she earned a masters in marketing and she also has a bachelor of commerce international (Spanish) from NUI Galway. She was twice named in in the Business Post top 30 under 30 in Irish tech list.

 

 

Jill McGrath, CEO, TAM Ireland

Jill McGrath has been CEO of TAM Ireland since 2012.  Jill has worked across the entire spectrum of the Irish Ad business. Her career has included working in Ad Agencies, the Press, Radio, Online and now the TV Industry. On the client side Jill was Marketing Director in FM104 for many years and set up the first online dating site in Ireland Maybefriends.com. Jill is a Graduate of the Marketing Institute.

 

Julian Dobinson, Research Consultant, TAM Ireland

Julian started his career as a media planner at Saatchi and Saatchi and Zenith Media, and then spent a few years in econometrics consultancy OHAL before joining ITV where he was Head of Research. He joined Sky in 2000 just as the migration to digital was taking off and was Research Director at Sky for 18 years, managing Sky’s audience research through a time of great innovation and change. During this time he represented Sky on the Boards of both BARB and TAM Ireland and also developed the first set top box return path data panel of its kind in the world.

 

Sheena Murphy, Independent Media Consultant

Sheena is an independent media consultant. Until recently Sheena was an AV Director with WPP Media where she was responsible for implementing and overseeing workflow and processes for a team of 15, to ensure streamlined, and efficient ways of working across all sub-teams and clients.

 

Eimear Keane, Head of Marketing TAM Ireland

Eimear has over 25 years’ experience in the media industry having started her career in Carat as a TV buyer before moving to radio buying and then client management. Eimear then became an Account Director working with MEC and then Starcom. She then moved to the brand side of the of the business for a number of years before joining TAM Ireland as Marketing Manager in 2017. Eimear was promoted to Head of Marketing in 2021. Eimear is a graduate of DCU where she obtained a Bachelor of Business Studies (Marketing).
