Invitation to Tender

TAM Ireland – the company that oversees the measurement of TV Audiences, has issued an invitation to tender (ITT) for 3 contracts

The primary ambition of TAM Ireland is to provide a solution for measuring all video advertising and programmes to a currency level, broadcast or served, by subscribing broadcasters, across all platforms and devices, including viewing to mobile devices out of home

The tender invites submissions for 3 distinct contracts:

1. The Panel
2. Data Integrations
3. Output Software
