TAM Ireland Tracker: Reopening Ireland Phase 2

This is the second of our 5 studies that will coincide with the reopening of Ireland. The field work was conducted from June 11th-15th 2020. In this survey, we find that over the last four weeks there has been an increase in the number of people working full time outside the home, along with a corresponding decline in the proportion of adults who are currently furloughed.

TAM Ireland Tracker: Reopening Ireland Phase 1

TAM Ireland commissioned B&A to conduct a nationally representative survey of just over 300 Irish Adults from the Acumen Panel to understand people’s personal finances, purchase intent and view of the media. This is the first of 5 studies that will coincide with the reopening of Ireland. The field work was conducted from May 22nd – 25th 2020.

TAM Ireland release beta version of Video Planning Aid

TAM Ireland are delighted to release the  beta version of the TAM Ireland  Video Planning AId – a first step in the VISTA  project which will develop over time to include more information on the reach and share of all viewing formats across all devices.  As part of it’s VISTA project TAM Ireland committed to providing this interim planning aid while we work towards  building a full cross-platform measurement solution.

Irish TV viewing up 11 minutes per day on 10 years ago.- Ireland’s top 20 TV programmes 2016

Official TAM Ireland/Nielsen figures on TV viewing for 2016 shows that viewing is central to the fabric of Irish life. Irish adults in the average TV household watched for 3 hrs & 21 mins every day. Interestingly with the iPhone celebrating its 10th birthday this week, TV has seen an increase in viewing of 11 minutes per day during the same period – that is 11 minutes more TV viewing per day than 10 years ago.
