Top shows on social media in Ireland W/C 19th February 2018

TAM Ireland are now working with Engager.

Engager analyse social engagement in terms of likes, comments, shares, and retweets across Facebook and Twitter.  Looking at data from February 19th-25th 2018 we can see that Room to Improve was the top programme in terms of social engagement for all TV programming during that week. With no Daniel and Majella O’Donnell this week thee celebrity factor was dimmed, but the project was an even grander one. Dermot traveled to Fermoy, County Cork to help a couple bling out their house with gym, spa, sauna and separate entrance for the dog. This grabbed the attention of those watching who took to social media in large numbers to comment on the show.

Interestingly four of last weeks Top 10 programmes are current affairs based, with The Pat Kenny Show and The Tonight Show featuring for TV3, and Prime Time and The Late Late Show featuring for RTE

Please note that live sporting events are not yet featured in the analysis.
